Licensee acknowledges and understands that while the event is going on, anyone attending that event may be photographed and/or recorded for use by Licensor in publicity, promotion, and other uses. By attending any event, Licensee and attendees of Licensee’s event consent to being filmed/taped and otherwise recorded and agree that Licensor may use and grant others the right to use the voice, name, and filmed/taped and/or recorded image and likeness, without limitation or restriction, and without payment to anyone of any kind, for all purposes, in and in connection with this or any other event or production (including without limitation, the advertising, and promotion thereof), in perpetuity, in any and all languages, formats, manner, media, devices, process, and technologies, now known and later devised.
